Room was ready, it was quiet and beds were comfortable

Outside area looked a little rough, but inside was fine.Wopuld like to have had a thermostat in the room, couldn't get the air conditioner set where I was comfortable, had to change it several times. But overall good experience

the people that worked there were very very pleasant and helpful there was also a frig and microwave available in room...the town of Dowagiac had a lovely restaurant called wood fire trattoratia (might be spelled wrong) wonderful place with excellent dining

not really an original Baymont. you can hear everything...old building not insulated well plumbing in bathtub not very good needs updating and should give more towels out should be softer also the pillows were very hard.. the real Baymonts are wonderful.....there was a broken screen door by the pool and fans above pool were also broken. pool did not look that clean in the mornings....did not use... chairs in very small dining area need cleaning no one ever wiped breakfast tables off in between the next person using also no bar lounge included on the premise.

Friends had rented a cabin on a lake for a vacation. I only drove in for two days and a night. It was the perfect location. We rested well, for the next day of boating, swimming, tubing, and bbq.

The beds were bouncy. Everytime that I got up ...my daughter woke up. I wish that they were queen size not doubles.

The location was great. The value was also good; we got a lot for our money.

Only minor problem was the lounge chair in our room (121) was broken.

I chose this hotel because it was the first one I could find when trying to get a place near Notre Dame for the weekend. I started looking late, and this was the closest I could find via Internet surfing. I took it. The staff was very helpful, kind, professional, and we were happy with our stay there. It was close enough to Notre Dame to go back and forth when we needed to, and close enough to the Interstates to get back home.

The price was very good. The housekeeping was less than desirable. We put the card on one bed as sheets were stained with blood and something gray. The housekeeping ignored request and did not change the sheets. Front desk did give us a 20.00 credit. Carpeted floors in our room felt sticky...

It was reasonably priced and within 30 minutes of Notre Dame. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would go back again. It needs a larger sign by the road.

The hot tub was not working.

A hotel staff was attentive to the needs. Bed was comfortable. Decor was nice. Breakfast was decent.

Steep Price (Total $90.00 after tax ) for the location. Seemed opportunistic and taking advantage of the customers knowing there is no other brand-motel around in the area for Dowagiac, MI. There is other no-brand motel in the area that costs $49.00(before tax), and I decided to go there for my second-day stay, and they had all the creature comforts too except poor internet connection which they were honest about telling me rightaway before I made my decision to going there. TV had a cheap display quality. Channel reception was of poor quality, signal kept cutting off, seemed it was a satellite reception.

asked for a handicap room, was told none were available even though we checked in a half hour after normal check in time, also no more rooms available on first floor and no elevators. Was given wrong directions to room. toilette wouldn't flush and when I went to use the phone to call front desk, it didn't work. Not a single lamp in the room worked.

We loved the jacuzzi! Huge, new & clean! The facility is very well kept and most of the staff was very friendly!

There are no gas stations or convenience stores near by. Make sure to bring everything you could need cause if you forget something, it's a hike to the nearest store! Also, the breakfast that's included is no good! Butter was spoiled, food was old..don't eat it! My husband was sick all day!

Coffee pot in room did not work there was a odd order when waking up after running the aur conditioning all night. Since we left that morning it was not an iasue that needed to be addressed since we were'nt staying another night but i would have had to askfor another room.
